Application Information
Welding methods: K-TIG/P+T/SAW
Workpiece materials: Q245R, Q345R, 304, 308, 316L, Ni, Ti... and others.
Workpiece diameter: ≤¢4500mm
Workpiece length: ≤13,000 mm
Weld joint types: butt longitudinal seams, lap circumferential seams, etc.;
K-TIG/P+T: For workpiece thicknesses ≤12mm, single-pass welding can achieve single-sided welding with double-sided formation. It features simple operation, high welding efficiency, stable and reliable weld quality, and excellent consistency in weld surface appearance.
K-TIG/P+T/SAW: For workpieces with a thickness ≥12mm, weld bevels shall be prepared on the end faces of the workpieces according to process requirements prior to welding. The welding shall be performed using a K-TIG/P+T root pass followed by SAW fill and cap passes.
